This 69 year-old retired RN, presented wishing to discuss facial rejuvenation surgery. This patient had undergone a face lift/neck lift in New York City approximately 20 years ago. About 10 years ago, she underwent a revision face lift/ neck lift. She presented with new concerns of jowling and neck skin laxity.
