Breast Lift with Implants Before & After Case 41

This 58 year-old woman from Portland Maine presented wishing to discuss breast rejuvenation surgery. The patient had undergone gastric bypass surgery which was followed by a successful and sustained weight loss. She was bothered by the upper pole hollowing of her breasts and also by the droopy (ptotic) appearance of her breast.

The patient underwent a bilateral breast augmentation procedure with 350cc silicone gel implants that were placed underneath the pectoralis major muscle. The patient then underwent bilateral Benelli (peri-areolar) mastopexies (breast lifts). She could not be happier with her results.
