This 26-year-old patient chose to undergo breast augmentation in Boston to create a more balanced and proportional appearance. Her goal was to achieve a subtle yet noticeable enhancement that would align with her physique, preferences, and lifestyle. She discussed her expectations with Dr. Christopher J. The procedure involved placing round, highly cohesive silicone gel implants (commonly known as gummy bear implants) under the chest muscle. Different sizes were selected for each breast—210cc on the left and 240cc on the right—to address natural asymmetry and provide a harmonious outcome. Recovery progressed smoothly, with the patient returning to daily activities as advised by Dr. Davidson.
