This patient pursued breast augmentation in Boston to enhance her body contours and increase her confidence. She chose highly cohesive silicone gel implants, often referred to as “gummy bear” implants, for a natural look and feel. Arbrea imaging software and physical implant sizers were used throughout her consultation to help her visualize potential outcomes and select her preferred implant size. The patient ultimately opted for a 345cc round implant on the left and a 330cc round implant on the right, both placed beneath the muscle to achieve a balanced, symmetrical appearance.
