This 31-year-old patient elected to pursue breast augmentation in Boston to enhance balance and symmetry. Her motivation stemmed from a desire for fuller, natural-looking contours that would be proportional to her frame. She sought an approach tailored to her body, with special consideration given to achieving harmony between both breasts.
Under the care of Dr. Christopher J. Davidson, the patient received silicone implants with cohesive gel, placed submuscularly. To address preoperative size difference, a 375cc implant was used on the left side and a 485cc implant on the right. This surgical plan allowed for a well-proportioned outcome that aligns with her goals.
Following the procedure, the patient experienced an improvement in both breast volume and symmetry. The use of round, cohesive silicone gel implants provided a shape and feel consistent with her expectations. Healing progressed within the anticipated timeframe, with results visible in the above photographs.
