This athletic 41-year-old woman wanted to enhance the size and shape of her breasts. After consulting with Dr. Davidson, together, they determined that a breast augmentation with 310 cc silicone gel implants placed under the muscle through an incision below the breasts would be the best choice to achieve her aesthetic goals.
