This patient pursued breast augmentation in Boston to achieve a balanced, fuller breast appearance. At 42-year-old, this patient wanted to enhance the size and shape of her breasts. She had very little natural breast tissue and felt that her small breasts were disproportionate with the rest of her body.  Motivated by a desire to enhance their body proportions, the patient and Dr. Christopher J. Davidson selected 250cc implants for both the left and right sides. Their goal was to create subtle volume that complemented the patient’s natural frame.

The procedure was completed without complication. Early post-operative recovery included mild swelling, which is expected and resolved within several weeks. At follow-up visits, the patient’s breast shape and symmetry reflected their goals discussed during consultation.
