Silicone Breast Implant Review After relying on this site for my breast augmentation decision I wanted to share my experience to try to help others! Overall I'm happy with my decision. Im about 8 weeks post op from under the muscle silicone implants, 255cc in one breast and 275cc in the other. I love the way they look but do hope they soften a bit more over the next few months. Week 1: The first week was pretty tough for me. I expected an easy recovery based on some other reviews, but was certainly not a breeze for me! The first few days were incredibly painful and uncomfortable. It hurt to hoist myself out of bed, I had to wriggle out without using my arms like a worm lol. I couldn't wash my hair properly because I couldn't lift and hold my arms above my head. My throat was sore from the tube for anesthesia, and I highly recommend getting some throat lozenges to have ahead of surgery. Also would open your pill bottles ahead of time. I didn't and when I had to take my prescriptions I felt like I was ripping my chest open to open the bottle. I'm glad I took a full week off work, I almost didn't since I'm working from home, but glad I gave myself plenty of time to relax to recoup. Week 2: the pain was mostly gone unless I was using my chest muscles at all. But, I was still in a lot of discomfort and chest tightness that made it hard to even take a deep breath. I was able to stop wearing the surgical bra which was good since it was starting to irritate my skin. I went back to work week 2, and although I was tired, there was no real problem resuming work (at a desk job working from home) Week 3: the pain and discomfort subsided a little more everyday. But the implants still felt pretty uncomfortable, they were hard and painful and ugly looking. The recovery definitely requires a lot of patience which is tough for me. Week 4: started to feel more like myself and less burdened by surgery. The implants were still uncomfortable to the touch but definitely getting better Week 5: I started to really notice a change in feel and appearance around week 5. I started working out a little doing light cardio workouts. I started to feel comfortable sleeping on my side again and thank god because I never slept comfortably on my back. Week 6: had my next post op and was told everything is healing great and I had no more restrictions. I started exercising more but am still wary to go full steam. I can't imagine trying to do something like a plank or a push up even today, my chest is still sore from little movements and I'd be so afraid of messing something up Week 7: implants are softening little by little each day. I finally started to feel like my implants were an after thought rather than a constant concern to think about all day everyday. Week 8: I go back and forth on how they feel. Some days I think they feel so soft and am happy I work from home so I can feel myself up at my desk lol. Other days I'm worried they're still too hard and dense but it's early enough they should still continue to soften and drop. The shape is mostly good, I sometimes nitpick and see some unevenness, but this is to be expected since I had asymmetry pre-surgery Overall, I'm happy with my decision and would do it again. Im excited to see them continue to get better over time. There are some days I wish I went bigger but I think I might've regretted it if I did since I wanted something subtle, and so far I don't think anyones noticed since I always used to wear padded push-up bras, and that's exactly what I wanted! I was so afraid of going too big and initially chose 190cc. My surgeon told me the biggest regret people usually have is going to small, so I decided to go up a little and am so glad with the size I ultimately chose. I think they feel smaller irl than they look in photos, so keep that in mind when choosing a size.
From the moment I stepped into Dr Davidson’s office for the first time, to the day of my surgery I felt at ease. The staff is kind, thoughtful and caring. Dr Davidson is patient and knowledgeable. He took his time with me and addressed all of my questions and concerns and gave me great suggestions on how to achieve my goal. I am 1 week post op and extremely happy with my results!! I would highly recommend Dr Davidson!
10 out of 10 - my body looks incredible and my belly button is perfect! 10 out of 10. I went to Dr. Davidson for a full "mommy makeover" - In my consultation with him I knew right away I was in the best hands. I mentioned I might want to do something more- and he said "no you don't need that" He made it clear that he wanted what was best for me- He and his staff walked me through the before process - they made me feel so comfortable even though I was pretty nervous.They answered ANY questions I had- the day of the surgery I was very nervous they were so sweet and had a great sense of humor. Now my surgery - the man is AN ARTIST- My body looks incredible - and my belly button is perfect! I mean perfect. The aftercare has been incredible I would recommend him to anyone who asked- and I do!
I've wanted this for a long time I'm a 37 y/o mom of three and have wanted larger breasts since I was young. After putting everyone else first for many years I am terrified and excited to be getting the boobs I've always wanted! I take very good care of my body and work hard to stay healthy but you can't grow boobs! I decided on 310cc's. It will get me to where I was when I was pregnant and nursing. That is when I felt my most beautiful! I am pretty flat and have a small, athletic build: 5'5" and 115 pounds. I'm so nervous and so excited at the same time. Can't wait to have the surgery behind me. Hoping everything goes smoothly and the recovery isn't too bad. Here is the 3-d image I had done at Dr. Davidson's office. I am so happy to have surgery behind me. I was incredibly nervous but the entire staff at Dr. Davidson's made me feel so comfortable and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Davidson said everything went perfect, now I just have to wait and see! I am not in much pain, really just around my armpit from the muscles stretching. I can't wait to take the bra off and see what they look like. Resting today and feeling thankful for such a great surgical experience. It's been a wild 3 weeks. I ended up having an allergic reaction to one of the drugs I was on and was quite miserable with itching and a rash for the first two weeks post op. Dr. Davidson went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. I have never had a dr that has been so available and caring, texting me to get updates, talking on the phone any time I needed him- even over a holiday weekend. (I will follow up with an allergist!) He, his office and staff have been phenomenal in general. So helpful and friendly with everything. I couldn't speak more highly of them all. At my one week post op appointment they removed my sutures, which was totally painless, and Dr. Davidson said everything looked great. I was slightly concerned because my breasts were still sitting very high and my nipples were low but he reassured me that everything looked great and it was totally normal and it will just take some time. I am loving my new boobs. I have always felt insecure without a shirt on and now I feel so confident. Even though they still have a lot of "dropping and fluffing" to do, I couldn't be happier! I couldn't be happier with my results, they have exceeded my expectations. Dr. Davidson, his nurses and staff are phenomenal. I feel so fortunate to have found them! *Picture is 5 weeks post op with no bra*
An Artist and Magician Nora Ephron has a great book called I Feel Bad About My Neck. Well, I did, too. I researched surgeons up and down the east coast, anxious not to make the same mistake that so many women have made, ending up looking like The Joker from Batman films. Prior to the procedure, Dr. Davidson met with me several times. He showed me photos of successful facelift procedures and discussed my fears with me. I really liked his genuine manner and how thorough he was in the examinations. In the end, it was his confident yet self-effacing manner and the praise from his staff that convinced me he was the one. I am so very happy with my neck now. He really is, as his staff says, an artist.
I highly recommend Dr. Davidson. He and his staff make you feel safe and welcome and the results speak for themselves.

I had done a good amount of research when I was looking for a surgeon to perform a cosmetic surgery procedure, and I couldn’t have found a kinder, more skilled and professional surgeon than Dr. Davidson. His office and surgical center is very clean, spacious and inviting. His administrative staff and nurses are very competent and personable. I felt safe and secure throughout the entire process. He was available to personally answer my e-mails at the drop of a hat in the days and weeks following my surgery and every day since. But the most important thing is that my results are fantastic! Highly recommend!
Best Decision of my Life I realize this sounds dramatic, but Dr. Davidson changed my life. I had done a good amount of research when I was looking for a surgeon to perform my abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), and I couldn't have found a kinder, more skilled and professional surgeon than Dr. Davidson. His office and surgical center is very clean, spacious and inviting. His administrative staff and nurses are very competent and personable. I felt safe and secure throughout the entire process. He was available to personally answer my e-mails at the drop of a hat in the days and weeks following my surgery, and I fully believe that he would be available to answer any questions that might come up years after my surgery is complete. But the most important thing is that my results are fantastic! I am not even at the 1 year mark since my surgery, and I can already say that my abdomen area looks fantastic. He gave me the perfect "innie" belly button (with hardly any noticeable scar), and I am proudly wearing crop tops on a regular basis for the first time in my life. My main scar from hip-to-hip is very straight and is hidden easily under hip hugger style underwear. I have been applying scar minimizing cream regularly and the scar has already faded and softened by over 50% since my surgery. My mobility and healing feels about 90% back to normal at 8 months post-op. Overall, I am elated with my experience and I can't wait to wear my first ever bikini this summer. I am so grateful to finally have the confidence I have been craving for my whole life, now that the hanging skin is gone. I also recommend doing some lipo sculpting on your love handles and/or upper back for optimal results.
