Reshaping the Asian Nose

If your nose is naturally wide and flat with a round bulbous tip and larger nostrils, you may feel a different shape would be more flattering to you. Depending on your preference and facial proportions, Dr. Davidson can reshape your nose to better compliment your face. His procedure, which generally uses a biocompatible implant, builds a nasal bridge with an elegant projection and well defined nasal tip and narrower nostrils.
Nasal Surgery Procedure
During your initial consultation, Dr. Davidson will work with you to determine realistic goals and discuss options. There are several different techniques he can use to reshape your nose, depending upon the results you desire. In each, Dr. Davidson may remove skin from your nose or make an incision through the mouth.
Nasal Surgery Recovery
When the procedure is finished, your nose will be secured in place and given a splint to help preserve its shape as it heals. Before you resume your activities, you should plan on resting for about two days. You can return to work after a week, and should make a full recovery within three weeks.
